Here at Carpathian-Wine we seek to add some quality commentary that is valuable to novice and sommeliers alike about overall foodie culture. We are a team of professionals who are passionate but at the same time disenchanted but much of the foodie culture mentalities and we are here to suggest insight, new products and whatever we can to make the overall community more democratic and free of ego.
